Yesterday, our team spent time out and about across the Bluebell community, continuing our commitment to being present, visible, and actively engaged with residents.
Days like this are an important part of the work we do. They give us the opportunity to have real conversations on the doorstep, listen to what matters most to local people, and identify issues that need attention. Whether it’s concerns about the local environment, feedback on services, or simply checking in with residents, every conversation helps shape the work we take forward.
During our time in the area, we picked up on a number of issues that will now be followed up. Being out in the community allows us to act quickly, reporting problems, linking in with partners, and making sure things don’t get left unresolved.
The Bluebell community is a place people care deeply about, and that pride really shows. Residents spoke about wanting to see their area kept clean, safe, and well looked after, something we are fully committed to supporting.
